PASSIONATE WELLBEING COACH

I am a Clarity and Mindset Coach and since 2016 I have been successfully facilitating clients towards a path of self growth and fulfilment. I have trained through The Coaching Academy and The Clique Academy and am a Master NLP practitioner. My practice involves focusing largely on our thoughts and negative beliefs and learning to retrain these to serve us better. I have worked with clients who suffer both with anxiety and depression and together we establish tools and techniques to navigate through life’s daily challenges. I am very excited to be announcing my new Premium 6 Week and 12 Week Courses, which help clients to completely alter thought processes and perspective, eradicate negative thought patterns and lead them towards a life which serves them and enhances them 100% ... Want to learn more? I've found the coaching experience with Angharad to be really helpful in helping to change my perspective on certain worries or events and switch the narrative to a more positive one. Angharad has called me out on a number of preconceptions I have/ had about myself and made me really consider whether they are accurate... together we have set goals and we check in on how these are progressing... it's like talking to a very lovely friend who always knows the right positive and constructive thing to say.  I come away feeling more in control and calm and use the tools she teaches me to try and remain that way in difficult situations.

Pretty immediately it helped resolve a history of [feeling] I was stuck in a rut, and really down. I'm confident it wasn't just a temporary thing, as I weathered quite a few professional and personal issues at work, and had a much nicer time at home with my wife and children. I definitely have engrained some helpful and life-changing structures in my life to be more ready for what life brings, and split work from home life.
